Most Betika login failures are one of two things: the phone number entered in a different format from the one the account was registered with, or a forgotten PIN. Both are fixed inside Betika's own app — the second through its password reset, which sends a code to the registered number. Locked accounts and lost phone numbers need Betika's support directly, with identity verification.

The number-format problem
It sounds too simple to be the answer and it is the most common one. A betting account is keyed to the exact number it was registered with, and login fields differ in what they expect — some want the local format, some want it with the country code, some strip a leading zero automatically and some do not.
Entering the right number in the wrong shape produces a failure that looks identical to a wrong PIN, which sends people down the reset path for a problem that does not exist. Try the alternative format before assuming anything is wrong with the account.
Phishing pages, and the one check that beats them
A cloned betting login page is the real page's HTML, copied. Colour, logo, spacing, the field labels, the small print — all identical, because all duplicated. There is nothing visual to spot and looking harder does not help.

- Safaricom handles a lost, swapped or reassigned line — which has to be fixed first, because recovery codes go to whoever holds that number now.
- Nobody else. Not us, and not any account offering to restore access, unlock a balance or recover funds for a fee. That offer is a well-established follow-on scam, and it targets people at exactly this moment.
Never share a PIN, for any reason
No legitimate party needs your betting PIN or your M-Pesa PIN. Not support, not a tipster, not an app promising to place bets for you. A request for either is not a step in a process — it is the whole of what is happening, and it is the point at which a login problem becomes an emptied account.
