Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Basic analytics. Aggregate data about which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are and what device they use. We use this to decide what to write next.
• Outbound link clicks. When you follow a link to an operator we record that the click happened, so we know which guides are useful. This is aggregate and is not tied to an identity.
• Anything you email us. If you contact us, we keep the message so we can reply and, where relevant, act on a correction.

What we do not collect

• Names, phone numbers, ID numbers or addresses.
• Betting account credentials, PINs or passwords — we will never ask for these under any circumstances. Anything claiming to be Natybet and asking for a PIN is a fraud.
• Payment or M-Pesa details. We take no payments from readers.
• Any special-category personal data.

Cookies

We keep cookie use to the minimum needed for the site to work and for basic analytics. We do not run advertising networks or behavioural ad-targeting pixels on this site.

Third parties

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes request data as part of serving pages. When you follow a link to an operator you leave Natybet and that operator's own privacy policy applies — we have no control over and no visibility into what they collect.

Your rights under the Data Protection Act

Kenya's Data Protection Act gives you the right to access personal data held about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, and to object to certain processing. Because we hold almost nothing, most requests will be answered by telling you exactly that. Email hello@natybet.com to exercise any of these rights.

Children

This site is for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Questions go to the contact page.
